BX3: Training, Coaching, and Empowering

BX3 is a capacity-building project that provides coaching to school behavior teams working to develop tiered systems of positive behavior supports for all students.

Requirements for Participation

  • Have an established school building-level behavior team that meets at least monthly
  • Have attended the 2-day School-wide Positive Behavior Supports training by September 1, 2025
  • Have submitted signed "Letter of Understanding"

Expectations for Participation

  • Attend a 1-day regional kickoff meeting in September
  • Develop and monitor progress of at least one SMART goal
  • Create and update an action plan
  • Participate in monthly coaching sessions starting in October
  • Hold independent monthly behavior team meetings
