DESCRIPTION:Join us for an interactive and engaging workday designed specifically for BX3 teams! This professional learning opportunity brings teams together to collaborate\, share strategies\, and strengthen the behavioral support systems within their buildings. \nThroughout the workday\, participants will work alongside other schools to explore and refine their own Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) for behavior. Teams will have the opportunity to: \n\nLearn from each other’s successes and challenges\nExplore a variety of reward and discipline systems in use across schools\nIdentify strengths and gaps in their current practices\nDevelop and/or carry out action plans to enhance Tier 1\, Tier 2\, and Tier 3 behavioral supports\n\nWhether your team is just getting started or looking to refine existing systems\, this workday offers a valuable space to grow\, collaborate\, and leave with practical tools to support all students more effectively. \nCome ready to learn\, share\, and build a stronger foundation for positive school climate and student success!
