SUMMARY:Moving Forward After an FBA
DESCRIPTION:During this training\, participants will explore next steps in moving forward once a Functional Behavioral Assessment has been completed. Participants will utilize a behavior intervention plan template created by Arkansas BSS to identify components to include in a BIP. At the end of this training\, participants will have a greater understanding of each component. \nIn order for the training to be held\, there must be at least ten (10) participants registered. DESCRIPTION:Are you ready to see positive behaviors in your classroom? This training is designed to empower classroom teachers to promote student engagement and appropriate behavior! Participants will learn key components for managing the classroom and the use of proactive strategies\, including classroom structure\, identifying and teaching behavior expectations\, developing and teaching routines and procedures\, and using reinforcement systems. What can teachers do when inappropriate behaviors occur despite having all the proactive strategies in place? This session walks participants through how to respond to these behaviors using informative and corrective consequences.  \nIn order for the training to be held\, there must be at least ten (10) participants registered.
